On a Star trek Christmas.
Daisy wishes to convey her Christmas greetings to you. Yesterday she posed for her Christmas appearance in front of the 1966 Chrysler New Yorker that is parked forever in her yards. It is her favorite piece of cow art.
Coincidentally the car helps to show off her considerable size! All height and length, but we don’t discuss her increasing girth. The girl sure knows how to pose! It is probably best not to mention her double chins either.
Have a great christmas break and a fabulous day whichever way you choose to have it. Farmy is hoping for a quiet day and a wee walk for Mama.
We raise our glasses to you. Clink! Have fun.
GOOD MORNING!! Merry Christmas!
John: What are you doing?
Celi: I am wishing all my readers a Merry Christmas. We are having a wee champagne.
John:(Looking around at the empty room) I thought you hated Christmas.
Celi: (Holding out her glass for a refill) Well, its almost over isn’t it, darling. Pass me one of those crackers will you.
Love Celi

Good to see the little people landed safely in your tree, Celi. The sun rise must have glorified their complexions considerably…perfect lighting for looking beautiful. Guess I better start getting up to catch some of that make-up!
I can hardly wait to hear the report on Mama. And Daisy…? Are you sure she’s real and not a prop you bought from some Hollywood movie? 😀
She does look perfect today. And she is being super friendly which i find suspicious. c
I thought of you at sunrise, yours was definitely more spectacular. Cheers to December 26th and another beautiful sunrise.
Karen you darling, that is the lovely thing about the sun, it keeps rising and giving us a brand new day to play in! c
Brilliant – I hope you had a lovely day 😉

Ah delightful dinosaur dial-up!. I completely understand! Are you on the east coast or the west? c
I’m on the Waitakeres west coast at Te Henga (Bethells) – in the wilds, which is lovely.

Oh dearest, this is my best tree! I loved it so much… And you really captured them so nicely, fascinated me. Lovely Daisy, should be the most famous one in the world. I love you all there… Thank you, Happy New Year and Merry Christmas, with my love, nia
Daisy is getting a bit World famous isn’t she!! Nia have a lovely day in your beautiful house.. how is your foot? c
Hope you had a wonderful Christmas! That has to be the best Xmas tree ever! I share that toast of Champagne to you and John! Happy holidays!
You too Spice! Have tons of fun! c
Your first picture reminds me of one of my favourite Christmas books, “Christmas” by Jan Pienkowski, illustrated as silhouettes against glorious colours.
The decorations are hilarious.
Hope this comment ‘sticks’. For some reason the one in response to the champagne sunrise has not. I suggested that it contain mango. They are so luscious and in season here.
Oh Mango in the champagne is a fantastic idea! we had dried mango in the xmas pudd! Though NOTHING is in season here, too cold now.. But i will remember that! Thanks Annie! c
What a spectacular view to wake up to Celi! I wasn’t prepared for the clinkers so I am off down the passage to charge my glass with some bubbly.
🙂 Mandy
Any clink is a good clink! c
Sorry I missed the dawn bubbles – we did make up for it later though (repeatedly). Hope it was a good day for you all!
Well, it’s all over at this point! Love your photos! But would never suspect you as a Star Trek fan. Now we can prepare for a brand new year!
John is the trekkie, you are right it is not me!! c
