The morning came too fast today. I hear those roosters crowing but I am not ready for work.
But Daisy will be waiting in an hour.
The Search and Rescue Dog fit right in without any trouble until the guineas found him and reached new heights of screeching as they followed him around the garden.
Good morning. Have a lovely day.
I think I might go back to bed for an extra half hour of kip before the sun comes up. Just lay my wee heady back down for a few minutes. Those pomegranate champagne cocktails were just a teensy bit too tasty!! Tomorrow we will have a catch up. Isn’t life grand!
Nigh night. I mean Good morning!

Celebration is important. Even when it leaves a head ache reminder. Virginia
I know that dog carrier. Max is sleeping in his right now. Glad to read that you all are having such a good time. May it continue!
Sometimes those pomegranite champagne hangovers are soooo worth it!! :))
Been there and done that a bit too often…but it’s so fun while you’re doing it! Keep right on enjoying your company. 🙂
haha…I have to be honest, as much as I admire your life, I’ve often wondered what would I do if I had to get up that early every single day! I mean a girl’s got to have fun every now and then!
Sometimes you deserve a little break/nap 🙂 good luck getting through the day and good morning/good night!
What a lovely dog! And will you please share your champagne? Sounds heavenly!
Wonderful news! The photos say it all. Move as slowly as you possible can! 🙂 Debra
How you manage to post such a lovely update with a sore head is beyond me. Have a lovely day, Celi.
LOL There are a few of those days here in the glutton house too C! Rest up.
What a handsome dog. I’m sure you are all well guarded as you have a good flop.
Beautiful dog. Reminds me of Coltrane in his prime!
Thank you sooo much for the picture of the search and rescue gentleman. He is a knock-out. (I was hoping he’d look like that!) Magnificent ! There is a German shepherd in our neighborhood whose name is Anthony. 120 pounds of beauty. I run to the front room to watch him pass by, obsessed as I am. (I took a lovely picture of your son’s dog!)
And the Daisy gal is so charming! Chewing–not her cud just yet!
Take a rest, Cecilia! I cannot imagine how you do what you do and then guests to boot!
The German has that crate – but we had to reinforce the door as she learned to force it open. (Great looking dog…now I’m missing those German doggy antics.)
Wonderful rooster shot – the texture of the neck feathers is striking. nice shot
Yay! Sounds like a great morning.
