A delicious day

It was just such a lovely ordinary day.  Delicious. Though I was dogged all day by the thought that I had forgotten something and I still cannot remember what.  Don’t you hate that? And last night the full moon was so bright and so golden that Ton was growling at it as it shone through the bedroom windows, I put him out and he howled at the moon. Howled at the moon the crazy dog.

Daisy was called in and reunited with her bestest buddy unHairy macLairy. Poor fellow he is a shadow of his former self, not the man he used to be. I could go on!

  1. ah! we all know what happens at full moon, strange eirie things like losing your memory….The Farmy looks fantastic, everyone is happy, even Scrapper, the sun is shining ..what could be wrong with your world….Nothing

    • Big Dog got his jacket caught on something and yanked it off breaking the clasps… sigh.. I am sending it back but for the meantime he is coatless! but it is warming up?.. c

  2. Interesting about that full moon and Ton dog howling … In the restaurant business we could always tell when there was a full moon – the customers acted strangely. A friend, who is a policeman, said full moon and things would get rather crazy. Then there was my grandfather who would only plant during a full moon. Don’t ask!!. It is a delight to see the flowering buds Celi, and to hear of your lovely warm temperatures. V.

    • My sister is a paramedic, and says the same thing! Night-shift when there is a full moon is not fun.
The moon was so bright here that I woke, thinking someone had set the security lights off. It always amazes me that, no matter where we are in the world, we see the same view of the moon (I don’t know why it amazes me… perhaps I need to get out more? Lol)

  3. Well, I never imagined Daisy and Un-Hairy would be friends. I know, what planet am I from? It just never occurred to me…you know cows are cows and sheep are sheep etc…but that’s what I get for living in the city. It made my day though, so lovely to see that animal cuddle. I’m sure it’s a reflection of the love you bring to them and to the farmy Celi.

  4. Probably the most promising thing you’ve shown in recent posts are the pics of the fruit trees about to blossom. Easy to see that Daisy is enamored with Hairy but I’m not so sure he’s so pleased. 🙂
That moon was something last night, wasn’t it? We’re heading for a stretch of nice weather, Celi. Things are looking up!
