TonTon and Blue. Dogs playing with a frisbee. Or is it really play?
Bugger. Says Ton. The boy never gives up.
The unDaily View.
Good morning. I hope you all have some loveliness in store for you today. It is pretty windy out here already this morning (very bendy tree) but thats OK – the roof is on the Tiny House. Just some trim work and the gutters left then onto the front wall.
Have a lovely day.

Blue looks like he has some Australian Shepherd in him too….what a sturdy boy he is!! Our blue Heeler , Belle, is very focused and dedicated to the task at hand…..including “play” …. That is a wonderful trait of the breed…. Makes them very good livestock handlers and very protective friends….. Good Morning Celi! Have a lovely day
Hmm, he might be some kind of cross, I only saw the mother, though they said he was a pure bred.. though there are no papers of course..c
Blue appears to be a pure bred Australian Cattle Dog, sometimes referred to as a Queensland Heeler, and because oof his tail also referred to as a Stumpy Tail. You might be interested in the link http://www.cattledog.com/misc/history.html which shows how the breed came about from collies being crossed with dingoes, kelpies and dalmations 🙂
So cute! Frost warning here in New England last night, but I think my tender herbs survived–just going out now (embarrassed to admit this to all your farmers). Donna
That frost got us too as it travelled over but it was not as bad as i thought it might be, all i did was bring in my basil, the rest were fine, hopefully yours will be too! c
Precious pups – lovely shots C.
Yippee, the coupe is nearly finished!
Have a beautiful day.

TonTon looked pretty glum the first day or two of Blue’s a arrival, but I think now he’s happy to have a playmate (with all that energy to play off). It seems that older and wiser Big Dog isn’t much into Frisbees.
Our weather has now reached you. I’m glad the frost didn’t hurt your stuff. I’m ready for winter to leave, leave, leave…including Jack Frost. I love watching dogs play they remind me of children.
Your little house is looking ever so much closer for you to take over. What fun that will be.

It is a doggy religion. Pity they aren’t too good at throwing, or one could have some really wonderful games.
It’s the sidelong glance from Ton over to Blue in the last photo that tells me what the scenario is !
Great pictures of the pups!
Can’t help thinking about the Warner Brothers’ cartoon with a large Bulldog and his tiny Terrier counterpart. Ever thought of filming the pups and adding a voice-over?! Cool day here. Quite a bit colder than it could be this time of year, but a gorgeous day nonetheless. Happy afternoon Miss C.
Great photos of those two boys and the frisbee. The Coupe is looking so nice!
Those dogs were having fun. I hope your trees aren’t bending as much as they are here. All the summer furniture has had to be cleared from the veranda. Enjoy your day. Vx
The coupe is really starting to shape up. It’s going to make a nice home for The Matriarch. That Blue is growing like a weed! Spend much of the day in the yard, working on the deck. It’s looking good but I’m in a rush to get it finished before it rains. Fingers crossed …
Have a great evening, Celi!
They are just too cute, hours of entertainment to add to the many you already have on the Farmy
Nice to see the boys playing together, Ton is very patient with the little rascal! I love the pics.
The couple is looking fantastic! Bright sunshine here in Oz – and it’s only 8am!
That’s my frisbee!
