Maybe this wee boarfriend for Tima? I have just heard that we can buy him. I would love to have him. This little kunekune boar is beautifully bred.
This is a shot of him when he was a baby (supplied by Lori Enright his breeder) and above with his sister when he was a bit younger, Mrs Enright will hold him for me until I get back then we will have him shipped from Southern California to Chicago in late October. He is only three months old but is big for his age and ridiculously handsome. A boar kunekune can start breeding about 8 months of age, usually a litttle later though and in five months Tima will be quite ready. Fingers crossed. It has been a long search to find an animal who has such beautiful lines and who is not related to Tima. Many thanks to Lori.
Lori is the founder of the USA Herd of Kunekune Pigs and very particular about her breeding program and so I am excited that she has given us the opportunity to buy one of her boys. Our own breeding program will be an exciting adventure!
It has turned cold. So I had better bundle up and get myself ready for my second to last day on the farmy.
Have a lovely day.
Your friend on the farmy

I’m in love with him myself…gorgeous little darling – lucky lovely Tima… see you soon !!!!!
Very soon Valerie! I am so lucky.. thank you.. c
What a gorgeous little boy. This is so exciting, so imagine a herd (?) of kunekune pigs running about your farm one day.
And the perfect nanny is already in residence. Boo is going to be busy. I finally turned to October on my Sheila calendar and there was Boo and Marmalade. Just so sweet.
That is my favourite shot EVER.. I turned over the Old Codgers calender today as well.. When is the new one? he said. coming.. It is one of my travel projects… out by november I hope!.. c
How great to switch on on the first day of our Summer Daylight Time [even if somewhat yawning 🙂 ] and find the talk on cougars and toyboys !! Hope it all will come to pass ’cause they truly will make a most handsome couple . . . And Boo will be delighted . . .
You are right about Boo.. he will be beside himself, the way a dog brings his rear up to his head wriggling with excitement.. beside himself! .. c
And we darn well cannot wait to be beside ourselves. . . . sleep well dearHeart!!
He is absolutely adorable, I’ve just come in from letting horses out and closing chickens in and as he does every night Percy came out to say goodnight with what looked like half of his bedding hanging off his ears. I envy you, what a hoot – a bunch of little kunes milling around! What a grand thing to look forward to.
But NOT in the kitchen! Is it getting cold out your way too?.. we had snow today.. SNOW!!.. flurries but .. really c
Rainy, cold, drizzly and yes, a few flurries – bah.
Kitchen + pigs = trouble. After Rosevelt learned how to open the fridge I had to keep it tied shut and don’t even think about a trash can in the open!
I know about those trash cans! mercy me!!
What a handsome fellow. TIma is a fortunate girl.
And I thought Tima was too adorable to stand. Both of them, together, will be cuteness overload.
Have a wonderful trip, by the way.
He is gorgeous!!! This is the funnest venture ever…reading the comments…can’t believe you’ve already got snow flurries. Get the hell out of dodge while there’s still time!!! Have a great, lovely, warm, love-filled trip.
What a handsome fella! ❤
So adorable he is! I think you must have him. Stay warm!

[…] my word, look at this little guy. Perhaps I should cut down on my bacon […]
Very handsome babies in the future with this one and Tima together!
