And Dragging sticks! I love how kids cannot walk past a good stick!
I always had a good rock-batting stick with me. Toss up a rock and swing the stick at it. The motions made me a pretty good batter in baseball.

Beach and water–such a beautiful and tranquil sight. It makes me want to head out to the ocean beaches. I love watching waves come in and go out; it’s hypnotic and calming.

I’m going to try really hard to imagine myself running headlong into a group of birds like that. I loved doing that on trips to the beach as a child. Perhaps these photos need to become a huge wall collage for the farmhouse in Illinois? Or perhaps that would create too big a longing for home… These are stunning C.
