The party is today. The baby shower.
The gardens are ready.
Daughters best friend is here to help so I have a few hours before I need to do the few things left on my list.
Camera House is dusted off and on standby so I can document the day for Daughter. This is KitKat posing for the first set.
I googled myself for yesterday’s SubStack post and got these pictures. We are talking about using online research alone to get an answer. There is always more than one reason for something. Always more than one place to look for info.

When the party people have all gone home I am going to pot up the broccoli.
I need another trip to the Tip Shop to continue the search for a potting table.
And my sound studio is still a junk room! (Not going to show you that just yet!)
So, just as it begins to get cooler (I would never call this cold) I will begin work on the outside little shed. So much potential. My sound studio/study is through another door screen right of this shot.
I will do a short vid for you one day. That will make it easier for you to get a handle on this – my own space.
John sent me a shot of the ducklings for you.

Yes, I hope so. We have put a lot of work into it and all I want to do is hide in my room and drink.

Baby showers are becoming more common in the UK these days. I went to a friend’s shower last month, which was a pottery painting party at a local studio.
Now that sounds like fun Grace! Much more fun than just sitting around and watching the Mother to Be open gifts and eating cake! 🙂
It was 🙂 No forced fun! And each guest got a memento to take home.
