“Where is the snow then? They said there was snow. Has someone been fooling about? Why wasn’t my gate opened earlier?”

“Say what? What is she on about? The snow melted hours ago. All those sheep do is sleep and shout!”
“OI! Enough of this loafing about. Back to work the lot o ya! What d’ya think this is. A holdiday Camp?”
Policeman Mama is back on patrol.
See how her belly is curving slightly downwards. I think there are lambies in there. When she is close to lambing that will be a pronounced belly. I can’t tell for sure yet though. We will know in a month or so. Lambs put on the most weight in the last month – six weeks. But it is good to see her standing on all four legs. She has such a Roman nose that sheep!!

PS. For those of you who are new, all the photos for a Farmy page like this, are taken within the day, often within an hour. This is my challenge. This means that these are Current Farmy Affairs. celi.

Thanks for the farm report … although I wish I would have read this at 5 am! … and hope you saw the recipe I left ya.
Beautiful photos – you live an enviable lifestyle. Those white sheep with the black legs and faces are my favourite. I do hope she is having twin lambies.
Thank you. I hope she has twins too. Twins are a lovely manageable family. c
Yay! When Mama’s happy, everyone’s happy! Well done, Dr. (Nose+) Celi.
Yes. good old Mama. c
Brilliant – cockney AND a touch of Dixon of Dock Green (hastily adding that I don´t really remember that!). Glad all is well on the farmy and fingers crossed for Mama.
Oh tanya, now I am off to look up Dixon on the Green! ha ah ah c
A Roman? No No No!..That Sheep has a ….Cock a Guinea …dooo…Whoa.. please restrain your scandramals… It’s not even 4 AM here yet….whoops …okay…it is…like “Half 4 even” …damn bad when the farm animals can tell time better than you….Zzzzzz
Go to bed! Great to see you though! c
Love your farm photos–especially that first sheep one. What a lovely lady!
She does look lovely framed by the door doesn’t she!.. have a great day.. c
I’m excited to see if there are lambies in there, too!
We will keep an eye on her, but it is like watching a kettle boil!! c
Aww I love the pics of your farm animals and the commentary! 🙂 Must be great having them to wake up to each day!
Hi Brittany, well they certainly get me up early and it is a lovely place to live and work.. I am very lucky c
Like I said in the previous blog woke up to a couple inches of snow and more coming down over in Indiana southeast of South Bend, Tuesday morning. Left Thursday early afternoon still had snow on the ground but melting. I didn’t notice where the snow stopped at, but it was gone by the time we got just south of South Bend on the way back. No one brought snow clothes! It wasn’t expected. Old man winter woke up for a bit over there, but seems to be still snoozing here.
Nice photos of the farm animals again. Always good to see them and hear how they are doing.
Hope we get a bit of snow this winter and so glad you all had a good christmas break with the rellies! c
Yay, we are getting lambies – can’t wait!
Looks like the pup is guarding the roosters and kitty is counting stock in that last pic.
🙂 Mandy
they are quite the team that lot!! c
Cool pix and fun captions. Thanks for sharing! 🙂
Thank you for dropping by Chris.. c
Holy Moley – you will hardly have any time to look after the farm if this keeps growing so dramatically. See what you’ve started??? I gave you an award – please check it out: http://souldipper.wordpress.com/2012/01/07/awards-accepted-with-gratitude-passed-on-with-love/
Thank you Aimee. Thank you so much, i shall zoom over and see what is up! c
