Every day Boo gets an egg straight from the chook house. He will throw it up into the air so it will break when it falls and I tried to get this shot. Often it takes three or four throws.
But my attention wandered for an instant and he was up and on the drive before I knew it, throwing the egg over there to break it. They all love their egg a day.
It is still cloudy and misty at night so I have not been able to see any stars since I started the Night Sky challenge.
But the sunsets are lovely.
I have more visitors coming tonight. So I will not be posting tomorrow, unless something exciting happens. You never know. Something exciting might happen?
Have a lovely day.

Have a Lovely day Celi, mike
Seems there may be a lot of heavy storms coming your way today/tonight. Take care!
I just read that, I will pull the chicken ark in under the trees, though I am not sure whether that is better or worse.. we will be fine, we are having a soap making session!
Would you teach me after you learn how?
Once I get a handle on it we can have a soap making session for sure!! c
I just love our boy Boo, he photographs so well!
Have a lovely time with your visitors C.

Morning mandy! have a grand weekend.. c
Our sheepdogs loved eggs. They would bite them in their mouths to break them, drop them then lick up the goodies.
Your sheepdogs were clever. Boo won’t bite it, though he does eat the shells as well, but he worries at it for ages trying to get it ti break on the ground.. c
Your sunset photos are lovely Celi. When I first read about how your dogs love eggs I figured they ate them whole, shell and all; it’s interesting that they figured out that the good stuff is within!
They do eat the whole thing, not ton though, he likes his cracked into a bowl! such a girl of a dog. c
My favorite: a prairie sunset.
Did you find a good soap recipe? Will it smell nice? I hope something exciting happens. Vx
The Matriach’s dog seems to be enjoying his stay. Looking forward to the soap making tutorial. Enjoy your weekend. Laura
an egg a day helps you work, rest and play (or is that Mars bars) anyway an egg is good for dog coats and they sure do love ’em….Your night sky may not be night but it sure is beautiful…..
I love that boo goes to get his one egg each day and it was fun to watch him try and crack it. Does the matriarch’s dog eat eggs, too? Have fun with your company and a lovely weekend.
Lovely sunset showing a bit of an Autumn sky ….
Have fun making soap!!! I enjoyed my days of making soap.

Dogs are forever entertaining. When they get it into their head to do something, it can quickly become part of their daily routine — especially if anyone dares laugh at whatever is their latest trick!
We are probably silly, but we scramble a raw egg for each of the dogs, Dolly and Daphne and one for the two cats, Boo Bop and Lucy Lou to share every morning when we get up. Can’t let those porch animals be without their fresh eggs, right!!! 🙂
Egg-shellant system and nourishment!
You always make me laugh!! c
