At which LuLu says a bad word…

… and Pania laughs – (in a mean way).

– but on the inside.

I had to laugh too. Poor LuLu. I could imagine Godot  shrieking with laughter.. “Caught us a Cat we have!”

Good morning. We had sun yesterday and it was not too cold. Warmer than the forecast I thought. So  I dragged the hoses out of the basement and emptied and refilled all the water troughs with fresh water.   (The chooks were very grateful). The pigs wandered about. Sheila’s hocks turned quite pink from ploughing through the snow. Tima’s hair has started to grow back and the Mad’s pigeons sunned themselves on the roof of the barn.

It was a good day.

I hope you have a good day today.

  1. Each time I go outside to care for the animals I also try to capture what they do or feel and what they would tell me if they could speak my language hahaha I loved your pics, thanks for sharing!

  2. Poor Lulu really got the bird that time, but I think those claws could be a good defence. Happy day to you too my dear

  3. Ha ha ha! Fabulous cat in the rafters photos. I’m glad to see warmer winds of change… perhaps like us in the south, you’ll be experiencing a warming trend in the coming days!

  4. My female peafowl, Trudy Patootie, would come in the house to terrorize the indoor cats if she saw one of them near the door when I opened it. One of the outdoor ferals was terrified of her, I thought she’d pecked the end of his ear off until I took him to the vet to have him neutered and they explained the ear was tipped when he was previously neutered (that was embarrassing). And then dumped on my place. Peafowl have such an air of authority.
