You and I have rolled off the farm and today I am posting from California. Here are a few goodbye shots from the farm.

John and Rhonda are in charge now and they will to the best they can out there. And if everyone does their best with a kind heart then we will be ok. There is not a lot of animals and no gardens yet so it will be fine.
I traveled across the USA. Leaving from Bloomington, Illinois flying through the winter and landing in Fresno, California.

I am in my little sleep-out in Visalia. The kids and I are making crepes for breakfast. They are under instructions to come get me when they wake up but you know; I am up hours before them!
RECIPE for Crepes – this recipe is from when Hugo was living with us. In 2015. Do you remember Hugo? The French wildman? His crepes were awesome.
I will do my best to post from wherever I am Mon Wed and Fri. At 7am local time. Posting to you first thing is what I love to do the most.
HERE is Wind in Willows Ch 10. (Only two more chapters to go – sad!).
Next is Christopher Robin and his collection of characters. I look forward to that but I will miss Ratty!
Have a lovely day!
Apparently we are doing housework on tree-house today!

Black cat on the porch! Boo will get jealous of Ton Ton sleeping with a cat by the stove. ¡Buen viaje!
boo has his one big cushion that he is endlessly shuffling all over the room. But if Ton goes out Boo rushes for the fireside cushion / and the cat scarpers under the wood stove. then Ton comes back in and sits on the bare boards and glowers at Boo sleeping – mournfully.
The moment I toss Boo off Ton races for his cushion and he and his cat settle beck in.
they are like a side show
Ha ha – I thought the cat would like sleeping with Nanny Boo, though I suppose Ton Ton is oblivious to felines now.
Lulu creeps past Boo to get to Ton. I think Ton has the better spot!
Poor Boo and Ton’s probably a smaller dog!
Ton and the ginger cat are doing circus tricks, with the cat perched on Ton’s paws! Travel in safety, arrive in health. I have collected some great fabrics for the project we spoke about; I’ll show photos one of these days. Or maybe I’ll even talk to you, once you’re here!
if you have WhatsApp you can talk anytime – email when you are ready and I will send the number! Fantastic!
I’ll be in touch soon 😊
The pop-pops have gotten huge.
they are growing steadily. Such cheerful pigs!
Enjoy your CA adventure!
the weather is lovely here today!
I do remember Hugo! Thank you for sharing the crepe recipe again. Though I’m sure my technique won’t be as good as his. Enjoy your time with the children and looking forward to your posts, as always.
Hugo was an adventure!!
Lovely photos, thank you very much. Finally the little black pigs are getting bigger. Happy, safe travels. X
they really are starting to grow. All they need is some warm weather now!
Don’t we all? 😊
Safe travels. We have a cold, wet day here in north central Indiana. Enjoy the time with your family.

Stay safe, c.
staying clear of the border Misky!
Wonderful photos and your dog in Frame 8 looks so much like Sheila my son’s dog. x
My Dolly, a Blue Healer like Boo, deals with our cats most of the time but also loves to chase them around and act like the boss. It’s too crazy! I know you will miss the Farmy, but those you are going to will be so thankful. And Our John will be able to really get back into gardening again come springtime!
Safe travels! Exciting times ahead. 🙂
Yes! Indeed!
Wonderful photos have a great time .l
