I am a sucker for a cow’s eyes. They could ask me to do anything, and I’d say yes. That little milk tongue is so sweet. “More please.”

I love your cow eyes. My father used to grow sugar beets . He let them go sour in a silo and then feed them to the cows.

Right now I’m looking at Mr. Flowers’ feet –like long bony fingers–and the way he walks, or seems to, gingerly, choosing what to touch and not touch, as if the earth itself were beneath him, prim aesthete that he is.

Are these all Mr X photos? The texture is amazing: Alex’s furry face, the light catching the edges of the Bobby’s furry ear and white waterfall eyelashes, that little hot spot under the plonker’s tummy. All your beautiful, healthy, glowing animals…
