The cows across the way are healthy and happy.
Manu and Poppy are together. Though we only have Manu’s nose so you are going to have to take my word for it.
And back in the home barn.
And now I must away! I have another very fast moving day.
I need to drag my stock trailer with its precious cargo over to a town forty minutes away and sell these two hogs. Then back here to do chores. Then get dressed and drive up the the railway station and catch the train to spend the evening with a friend. She is miles away so I am going to stay the night and will be back tomorrow.
But there may not be any photographs tomorrow – though on the other hand there might, it depends how exciting the train trip is.
See you tomorrow

Of course! Yes.
Having a nice drink after work in the evening isn’t bad idea lol, I could use a very cold bath after a busy working day, how about you Kate ?
Round here, a cold shower is pretty much mandatory after a working day – we’re having temperatures around 90F right now…
OK Kate.. I live in Chicago but currently station in Afghanistan though. The Temperature here is 42F.. Hope you are having a bless day so far?
Not too bad, thanks 🙂
Good morning Kate,
You’re welcome, I hope we can become good friends and know so much about each other?
A glass (or two) of Gluwein may well be in order tonight 🙂 Have a successful day and a wonderful mini break. Laura
I look forward to that glass of vino
Safe travels my friend! We spent last month in Arizona so I was a bit off getting comments out there, we were so busy. It was lovely to be in the warmth but it’s been a struggle to get used to the cool weather.
I bet it is. I drove through Arizona once –
Have a wonderful time with your friend. Enjoy the train ride.
Thank you!! Enjoy your day too!
Have fabulous to get away with a dear friend and have a slumber party as well!!! And especially so knowing that all is well on the farmy
so that you may really enjoy yourselves! 🙂
It will get very cold while I am away but I hope all goes well
Have a wonderful night out. 😀
No worries there!

I rode the train from Grand Junction to Denver once and delighted in it…that is when I decided I wanted to go clear across America!!!
Sell the piggies ~ get the money ~ hurry back home ~ get cleaned up ~ and hop on the train ~ and have a few!!! wine!!!
Exactly!! Ha!

Bon voyage on the train….have a lovely visit before your big trip to New Zealand!
Nice photos – really great colors and lighting. Thanks for sharing
I love your farm
I swear my computer is hiding posts from me. Maybe because I’m so far behind I don’t see what I’m looking for. Hope you had a fun trip and a great visit. That’s a lot to do after a long work day. Time with a friend and a glass of wine are worth it though.
