Replenish is a delicious word. It brings to my mind the drinking of tall glasses of clear water then imagining the cells of my body absorbing the fluid and plumping up, all fat and smooth and shiny and replenished.

I fly out to LA today. Usually I leave the midwest 24 hours ahead of my international flight (that leaves from LAX) – I missed a flight to New Zealand once due to a weather hold up in Chicago – never again – now I leave here the day before and wait over on the West…

OLD BARN
Imagine building a barn like this. It must have been an enormous undertaking. I am not sure how old the West Barn is – definitely older than the cottage that stands beside it, but it will be shelter for the cows this winter – though they are fed in the fields and cows stand about wherever…
